The Whitney Biennial 2022

Our first adventure will begin at The Whitney Museum for their Biennial 2022 show on Thursday, April 28th at 11:30 am.

Titled “Quest as It’s Kept”, the 2022 Biennial features “an intergenerational and interdisciplinary group of sixty-three artists and collectives whose dynamic works reflect the challenges, complexities, and possibilities of the American experience today.”

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this group will be limited to nine and rather than a traditional tour guide, we will be providing insight into select works and artists PRIOR to the show, tour the exhibit at our leisure and answer questions along the way.

Then, we will regroup and discuss over drinks and an amazing NYC lunch.

$175*

Our next event is scheduled for Monday, May 9th beginning at 11:40 am to see Jean-Michel Basquiat: King Pleasure

Organized by Basquiat’s family and created in partnership with Arper, an Italian design brand, this exhibit will feature “rare and never-before-seen works since the artist’s untimely death in 1988.” The exhibition will include “over 200 paintings, drawings, ephemera, and artifacts from the family’s collection” as well as recreations of two spaces including his studio and a VIP room from the Palladium nightclub. We will enjoy “SKIP THE LINE” tickets, the interactive tour and a special rooftop (weather permitting) lunch. This group is limited to 8.
